Legal consultation and case handling are provided by TSL & Associate (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (TSL), TLP's appointed legal service provider. When you submit a case for consultation, your case is forwarded to TSL to review and handle.

2. How TSL may contact you

After you submit a case, a legal consultant from TSL will handle it. Some cases may be discussed and resolved entirely within the platform, while for others TSL may contact you — including by phone — using the contact details you provided, to advise you and guide the next steps. If you are contacted on behalf of TSL about a case you submitted, it is your legal consultant reaching out.

3. Sharing information with TSL

When you submit a case, TLP shares the necessary information with TSL for legal consultation and assistance. Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Information and guidance provided through TLP are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute case-specific legal advice. Specific advice arises only once TSL accepts your matter. The scope and availability of legal services depend on your selected membership plan and TLP's Terms of Service.
